Smooth Back Stonewurm is a level 100 variant of Stonewurm that may be fought by level 88 Minefighters and above. They are immune to Tempestae damage and vulnerable to Arborae damage. They are a primary source of Smooth Rock Scale potion reagents.

Attacks

Stonewurms only have one very slow melee attack, where they ready themselves and leap into the air, damaging the player for significant Tempestae damage, before diving back into the ground and re-emerging.
