Smooth Back Stonewurm is a level 100 variant of Stonewurm that may be fought by level 88 Minefighters and above. They are immune to Tempestae damage and vulnerable to Arborae damage. The are a primary source of Smooth Rock Scale potion reagents.

Attacks

Stonewurms only have one melee attack where they ready themselves and leap into the air before the player for moderately significant Tempestae damage, diving back into the ground and re-emerging.
