Mad Sewer Fiend is the weakest variant of Sewer Fiend, located within the Crenopolis Southwest Sewer and Sewer Pipes. They may be fought by Watchpeople of any level. They are not immune to any damage type and are vulnerable to Cryonae damage. They are Aggressive.

Attacks

Sewer Fiends have two attacks, which they use depending on their distance to the player:
