Diabolical Sewer Fiend is, at level 452, the strongest variant of Sewer Fiend which may be fought by Watchpersons of level 387 and above. They are located within the Crenopolis Southwest Sewer and Sewer Pipes, are aggressive, are not immune to any damage type, and are vulnerable to Cryonae damage.
