It is used to mine all types of active and passive skill nodes, except for [[Gold (skill node)|Gold]] which uses a [[Gold Panning Sieve]]. There are 6 different grades of Pickaxe that may be purchased from the [[Pans and Pickaxes]] shop, each of which gives an increasing XP bonus when using it. Pickaxe is a piece of Equipment for the Miner profession. It is used to mine all types of active and passive skill nodes, except for Gold which uses a Gold Panning Sieve. There are 6 different grades of Pickaxe that may be purchased from the Pans and Pickaxes shop, each of which gives an increasing XP bonus when using it. Pickaxes may also be Enchanted to further increase the XP bonus. Enchantment level is retained when upgrading the grade of the Pickaxe.
