Giant Two Headed Bear is a boss monster. Kill the bear in the Main Story to get access to the Glowing Bee Hive to extract Glowing Honey.

The Giant Two Headed Bear will attack the player with normal attacks at the start of combat. At different points during the combat, the Giant Two Headed Bear will charge up to perform an area attack in a two square area around itself (the player will see red highlighted squares). After a short period of time, the bear will slam the ground, causing large amounts of damage that may kill the player if they remain standing in the target area. The player has time to retreat from the bear during the charge up phase, and this can be a good time to use any remaining ranged attacks or recover health using potions while standing in a safe area. If you run out of ranged attacks, your character will automatically switch to melee and re-engage the boss, so be careful not to walk back into the slam attack by accident.

Once the Giant Two Headed Bear is killed, you can harvest the Glowing Bee Hive for its Glowing Honey, which is one of the items used to repair the Giant Crystal in Hopeforest as part of the Nullify the corruption quest.
