The player can't get into the Mine Entrance without clearance from Captain Jal Degreene.
- Teleport to Hopeport, bring Captain Jal up to speed in Captain Degreene's Office and ask for clearance to enter the mine.
- Completion will start the On the trail of corruption quest.
