Loathsome Fire Toad is, at level 403, the strongest variant of Fire Toad found in the Mine of Mantuban which may be fought by Minefighters level 356 and above. They are immune to Infernae damage and are vulnerable to Cryonae damage. They are a primary source of Bright Toad's Eye potion reagents.
