Tangled Hairbeast is a monster that requires level 18 Guard to attack, although it's a very difficult fight at such a level without Rare or Epic gear. It is recommend to have a Guard level of at least 28 and a ranged Bow or Plumbatae before attempting to farm for XP or Items.

Tangled Hairbeast drops items between level 27 and 33.
