Crafting them requires a supply of Crates and Superior Bison Leather Offcuts. One inventory slot of a full set of Superior Bison Leather Offcuts will last for one hour of passive training.
You can obtain Superior Bison Leather Offcuts from Bocca's Leather Stall in Outer Market for 106 , or earn them yourself using the Merchant profession.
Toolbelts can be sold to Leather Goods.
