Pufferfish are fish caught with a Fishing Spear from Pufferfish skill nodes as part of the Fisher profession.

They are the thrid type of fish, caught at Wilhope Crossing as a Level 4+ Fisher, each variant of Pufferfish can be fished by clicking on past action.

There are currently no known uses for the fish, other than for profit. The fish may be sold to The Frequently Fresh Fish Stall on Eel Street. The sole exception to this is the Unicorn Pufferfish, which may be used by the Chef profession to make Unicorn Puffer Sashimi.
