Crafting them requires a supply of Crates and Basic Deer Leather Offcuts. One inventory slot of a full set of Basic Deer Leather Offcuts will last for one hour of passive training.

You can obtain Basic Deer Leather Offcuts from Bocca's Leather Stall in Outer Market for 6  600 , or earn them yourself using the Merchant profession.

Pouches can be sold to Leather Goods.
