The cart must be moved from its starting point in the [[Mine Cart Cave]], to be filled with Fossils, and delivered to an exit of the mine.

The cart is pushed along tracks automatically, and whenver a junction is encountered the correct direction to continue must be selected. Choosing the wrong direction will not fail the activity, but the cart must be moved back to be able to continue. To push the cart from the starting point to Mena, the directions are:
* Turn left (north)
* Turn right (east)
* Straight ahead (east)
* Straight ahead (east)
* Turn left (north)
to end up in the [[Cave of the Past]].

Here, the player must wait for [[Mena Topple]] to fill the minecart with Fossils. The player will then have to deliver it to either [[Petunia Honest]] or [[Podger Hughes]], although Podger is significantly closer in the [[Mine Back Entrance]]. The directions from Mena to Podger are:
* Reverse (south)
* Turn right (west)
* Straight ahead (west)
* Straight ahead (west)
* Turn right (north)

The cart must be moved from its starting point in the Mine Cart Cave, to be filled with Fossils, and delivered to an exit of the mine.
