Crafting them requires a supply of Crates and Basic Brown Leather Offcuts. One inventory slot of a full set of Basic Brown Leather Offcuts will last for one hour of passive training.

You can obtain Basic Brown Leather Offcuts from Bocca's Leather Stall in Outer Market for 7  400 , or earn them yourself using the Merchant profession.

Eye Patches can be sold to Leather Goods.
