Crafting them requires a supply of Crates and Fine Deer Leather Offcuts. One inventory slot of a full set of Fine Deer Leather Offcuts will last for one hour of passive training.

You can obtain Fine Deer Leather Offcuts from Bocca's Leather Stall in Outer Market for 32  600 , or earn them yourself using the Merchant profession.

Purses can be sold to Leather Goods.
