Each individual variant may have separate requirements or properties. This page includes only general information that applies to all variants.
XP Potions enhance experience gained during active or passive activities, depending on their respective variant. These potions can be crafted using the Alchemist profession, and some potions can also be purchased from The Apothecary Shop. Each Episode area features a unique XP potion recipe, with stronger variants offering higher XP boost percentages. Bear in mind that XP Potions take up a Backpack slot, but they will stack for convenience.
Active XP Potions will boost active XP gains for 2 minutes. It is not possible to drink another XP Potion while under the effect of an XP Potion - doing so will display a dialogue box that reads "you need to wait for your existing {potion name} to expire".
Active XP Potions affect XP rewards from Bounties and Album unlocks. They do not affect XP rewards from Quests or Ventures.
Passive XP potions are identifiable by the "(passive)" suffix included at the end of the potion's name. Passive XP Potions last for 1 hour (60 minutes) and exclusively enhance passive training.
