Asking Rachella about her encounter
Asking Rachella about Stonemaw Hill
- Player: Do you know where Stonemaw Hill is?
- Rachella: Yes, it's to the northwest of Hopeport, through the wasteland and up Rocky Road.
- Rachella: The dwarves there aren't always that keen to let us humans in.
Asking Rachella where the sorcerers went
- Player: Where did the sorcerers go again?
- Rachella: They mentioned Stonemaw Hill, Castle Gragwatch, and The Well.
Asking Rachella about The Well
- Player: Do you know what The Well is?
- Rachella: I know what a well is, but it did sound like that sorcerer meant a specific place called 'The Well'.
- Rachella: I've never heard of it though.
Asking Rachella about Castle Cragwatch
- Player: Do you know where Castle Cragwatch is?
- Rachella: It's on another island over the sea. You'll have a job sailing there while there are storms all over the ports.
Talking to Sentry Drogentyne and Sentry Drogentyna
- Sentry Drogentyne: You cannot progress any further. Stonemaw Hill is dwarven sacred ground, and no humans are allowed.
- Player: Is there any way I could be allowed in?
- Sentry Drogentyna: Last time humans came in here, they took the magic golden cog from the Great Engine.
- Sentry Drogentyne: The cog’s spiritual energy powered our machines, so you can imagine its loss is a complete disaster.
- Player: So if I retrieved this cog could I come in?
- Sentry Drogentyna: I should think the elders would grant you special dispensation at that point.
- Sentry Drogentyne: The cog is now in the possession of a powerful man. He calls himself Helfar the Nightcrow.
- Sentry Drogentyne: He lives in Crenopolis. He has a secure compound in the northeast of the city.
Climbing the Tree
- Helfar's guard: Hey, this is a highly secure area. Town guard or not, you shouldn’t be snooping. Constable Carver stop him.
- Constable Carver: Um yes.. you’d best get down. Captain Waltain has an agreement with the owner of this compound.
- Constable Carver: This place is meant to be left alone.
- Player: I have an important mission in there.
- Constable Carver: Not anything that Captain Walton has told me about.
