A cutscene plays, showing [[Andrath]] arriving with the key, before a [[Goblin Thief]] snatches it and runs south. [[Commander Hackett]] orders you to catch it.

Run south into [[South Walls]] and kill the Level 10 [[Goblin Thief]]. This is an easy fight, but it's recommended to bring a [[10% Potion Healing]] in case of bad RNG. You can craft one via [[Alchemist]] at Level 0. The [[Goblin Thief]] will use [[Infernae]] damage. After the fight, you will receive [[Commander Hackett]]'s [[Crate Key]].

Head back north into [[Town Gates]] and use the key on [[Commander Hackett]]. He will open the chest and notice that two of the swords are untuned, and inform you that equipment in [[Adothria]] has been tuned at magic obelisks, to be powerful within their vicinity. Equipment untuned remains comparatively weaker. He give's you 2x [[Uncommon Wall Guard's Sword]]<nowiki/>s two tune so that they become usable in [[Hopeport]].

The [[Obelisk]] in [[Hopeport]] is located in [[Hopeport Obelisk]] south from [[Brannof Boulevard]].
