The settings interface is an interface where the players can adjust their settings. It appears as a modal interface when accessible through the title screen and the choose a slot interface, and as one of the sub-interfaces in the main interface when playing with a player character.

Its default position in the main interface is the third slot from the top in the upper left corner. It's one of the interfaces available from the beginning of player character creation.

Logout[edit | edit source]

Players can log out of the game through settings if they are playing with a player character.

Premium Pass[edit | edit source]

Players can see their Premium Pass status and open its interface and the restore purchases interface from this section if they are playing with a player character.

Privacy settings[edit | edit source]

The privacy settings can only be viewed and adjusted once the player is playing with a player character. Once playing with a player character, the settings interface shows the following privacy settings which can be adjusted in the privacy settings interface:

Graphics settings[edit | edit source]

Players can adjust the following graphics settings:

There is also an option to restore the graphics settings to the defaults.

Audio settings[edit | edit source]

Players can adjust the following audio settings:

Keyboard shortcuts and mouse controls are adjusted in the dedicated controls interface.

Layout settings[edit | edit source]

Players can adjust the following layout settings:

There is also an option to restore the layout settings to the defaults.

Rules[edit | edit source]

The settings contains options to view the game rules interface and to view and subsequently appeal the player's violations if they have some through the game rules violations interface.

The settings contain the credits of the game.

Local storage[edit | edit source]

The player's settings, including information about when they last opened the client, interface layout, privacy settings, and age information, are stored outside the common game files on the player's computer in the file brighter_shores.settings.
