The Potent Potion Station is a type of Alchemist skill node found in the Apothecary. It is used to create potent Potions from Preparations and bottles.

When first interacting with the station, it takes 5 seconds to setup the system. After that, one potent potion is produced every 25 to 32 seconds, compared to 7 seconds for a regular potion. If the player exits before 7 seconds the prepared materials will be returned. After 7 seconds if the player fails or exits they will lose the prepared materials and receive the highest level regular version potion but no experience.
Some potions beginning at level 35 have Potent in their name, and must be brewed using the Potent Potion Station which produces stronger potions at a slower rate. Like standard potions these are brewed from a preparation and a bottle, however the Potent Potion Station functions very differently. Four components of the station must be constantly managed, and only one potion is produced every 25 - 38 seconds. Potent potions exist for all of the same potion types as standard potions, and award Alchemist XP when the potent potion is created and 2.5% knowledge.

If the potent potion brewing process is not managed it can fail. In this situation, a lower variant standard potion is produced instead and no XP is awarded.
