Crafting them requires a supply of Crates and Moderate Halebeast Leather Offcuts. One inventory slot of a full set of Moderate Halebeast Leather Offcuts will last for one hour of passive training.

You can obtain Moderate Halebeast Leather Offcuts from Bocca's Leather Stall in Outer Market for 28 , or earn them yourself using the Merchant profession.

Pencil Cases can be sold to Leather Goods.
