Description						Historian who helps the player restore the monument in the wasteland.

Parnell is an NPC that can be found in Fallen Monument.

She is a historian who collects Monument Pieces in order to restore the monument in the wasteland. For as long as there are monument pieces left to add to the Fallen Monument, she will buy any pieces from the player for 20% higher value than the price listed on the piece's info card. Once all pieces of a given variant are handed in to her, she will no longer buy them off the player.
