The Obelisk is used to tune weapons and give them stronger stats. They can be found at Hopeport Obelisk and the Goblin Camp in Hopeforest. They can only tune weapons from their respective Episode. The Hopeport Obelisk will have to be fixed first during the 'The Obelisk' quest.
