A player mining.

Miner is a type of profession specializing in collecting stone and ores.

The Miner profession is unlocked with access to Mine of Mantuban and requires players own the Premium Pass. Once you complete Get clearance from Jal, you will gain access to the Mine of Mantuban. Enter the Abandoned Mining Cavern room and take a Pickaxe from the rock in the center of the room. The first node you can mine is the Coarse Flint within this room and the Rat Infested Junction to the East.

The resources can be sold to vendors, or stored in the Stone Bank or Ore and Ingots Bank throughout the mine.

The Miner profession is used to obtain materials for the Blacksmith and Stonemason professions.

Training methods

Active mining

Miner activities are or two types: skill nodes that give materials and XP, or Mine Cart Work that gives coins and XP. This table assumes that all the the resource nodes are depleted before their respawn timers, and every time the inventory is full the resources are deposited at a Storage Rift or Bank. Profit values do not take into account the time required to sell resources that were banked. XP values when discarding resources, and hence giving no items or profit, are in the final column. Deathstone cannot be discarded to avoid banking, as more explosives are needed anyway.

Your own XP and profit rates are highly dependent on efficient movement, and so may vary from these values.
