Metalith is a variant monster found in Mine of Mantuban. They are immune to Cryonae damage and vulnerable to Necromae damage. The are the primary source of Metallic Tooth potion reagents.

Metaliths only have one melee attack where they pounce at the player, dealing Cryonae damage.
