Crafting them requires a supply of Crates and Moderate Buffalo Leather Offcuts. One inventory slot of a full set of Moderate Buffalo Leather Offcuts will last for one hour of passive training.

You can obtain Moderate Buffalo Leather Offcuts from Bocca's Leather Stall in Outer Market for 23  400 , or earn them yourself using the Merchant profession.

Juggling Balls can be sold to Leather Goods.
