Handcuffs are a piece of Equipment for the Detective profession. They are used to for Spotting Thieves and Crime Den Raids. There are 3 different grades of Handcuffs that may be purchased from the Detective Depot, each of which gives an increasing XP bonus when using it. Handcuffss may also be Enchanted to further increase the XP bonus. Enchantment level is retained when upgrading the grade of the Handcuffs.
