'''Handcuffs''' are a piece of [[Equipment]] for the [[Detective]] profession. They are used to for [[Spotting Thieves]] and [[Crime Den Raids]]. There are 3 different grades of Handcuffs that may be purchased from the [[Detective Depot]], each of which gives an increasing XP bonus when using it. Handcuffss may also be [[Enchant]]ed to further increase the XP bonus. Enchantment level is retained when upgrading the grade of the Handcuffs.
