Cracked Femur Shard is an item that is collected with the Gatherer profession from Cracked Femur Shard (skill node). It can also be purchased from Jangle's Bone Shop.

It is used as a material for the Bonewright profession, where it is processed using the B.R.E.W.S. Vat to create Cracked Femur Shard (Brewed), which is then further used to create weapons.
