A '''Carthian Plumbatae''' is a one-handed ranged [[Weapon]]. They have an attack speed of -- seconds and deal {{plink|Infernae|pic=Infernae damage icon|size=18px}} damage. All enemies capable of dropping combat equipment have a chance to drop Carthian Plumbataes, provided that the player has '''NOT''' progressed through the main story to the point where they have chosen a [[Faction]], as after this point only faction equipment can be received. Players are able to receive Carthian Plumbataes in {{Common}}, {{Uncommon}}, {{Rare}}, or {{Epic}} [[Rarity]].

Carthian Plumbatae are almost identical to Guard's Plumbatae, however they deal {{plink|Infernae|pic=Infernae damage icon|size=18px}} damage instead of {{plink|Tempestae|pic=Tempestae damage icon|size=18px}}.

Carthian Plumbatae cannot be received until the quest [[The Lost Shipment]] has been completed, which also awards a level 30 {{Rare}} Carthian Plumbatae. After the quest, they can be received from any source that can access the [[Equipment drop table]].

==Combat Stats==

All Carthian Plumbataes attack at a speed of -- seconds, and as one-handed weapons can be wielded alongside a [[Shield]]. They all deal {{plink|Impact|pic=Impact damage icon|size=18px}} damage, with a chance to convert the damage to {{plink|Infernae|pic=Infernae damage icon|size=18px}}. The weapon strength and elemental chance of a Carthian Kanabo obey formulae with slight variation:

From this formula it can be seen that each increase in Rarity of a Carthian Plumbatae is equivalent to 15 additional levels. Thus a Carthian Plumbatae at level 0 {{Epic}}, at level 15 {{Rare}}, at level 30 {{Uncommon}}, or at level 45 {{Common}} will all have the same minimum combat strength of '''60'''.
