Crafting them requires a supply of Crates and Moderate Bison Leather Offcuts. One inventory slot of a full set of Moderate Bison Leather Offcuts will last for one hour of passive training.

You can obtain Moderate Bison Leather Offcuts from Bocca's Leather Stall in Outer Market for 21  400 , or earn them yourself using the Merchant profession.

Boot Straps can be sold to Leather Goods.
