This is a strategy guide for the profession. See the Bonewright page for a full reference on how the profession functions. <small>note: Strategies are still being theory-crafted/tested by contributors to the Wiki and Brighter Shores players. Everything is subject to change.</small> == Gameplay Loop == Bonewright involves creating weaponry for the Guardian faction. A list of these weapons can be found here. # Every craft needs a type of bone, which can be gathered using the profession. Bones can also be purchased directly from Jangle's Bone Shop, located two rooms away in the Bridge Cavern. # You also need wood for every craft, which can be gathered using profession before being more refined using . # Bones are dipped, bleached and reinforced using the B.R.E.W.S. Vat machine, located within Bone Vats room. # Taking both the bleached bones and refined wood items, players can use the various workbenches in the Boneworks to start crafting weaponry and shields. # All Bonewright materials are gathered in Hopeforest. # All Bonewright crafted items can be used by Guardian<nowiki/>s only, or sold to the Quartermaster (NPC) in Hopeport. # This is the only weapon crafting profession which cu<nowiki/>rrently does not require use of the Gas Leech<nowiki/>es for any material refinement. # As crafting rarity results in much more uncommon ite<nowiki/>ms after Level 20, you will craft the highest level you can until Level 19. The experience per item stays the same and you will craft more rare items to offset costs. # How much money you receive back has not been listed,<nowiki/> as item rarity involves RNG. == Levels 0 - 42 == One you have made your way to into Mine of Mantuban and reached the Boneworks, you can start the profession. bonewright with 466,522 is required for the Lost and Found quest, which unlocks Infusion at Obelisk<nowiki/>s, the useful ability to combine four Rare (purple) pieces of equipment into an Epic (Orange). We will go to Levels 42 in this guide to avoid section overlap. You require a total of 519,407 Experience points to reach Level 42. Remember, the first item you craft will give bonus experience from collecting the Album Card. === Strategy === The fastest experience for Bonewright uses a specific list of items. You can make these faster by buying the materials; * You can purchase all bones at Jangle's Bone Shop in the Bridge Cavern of Mine of Mantuban. * You can purchase all wooden items from the Timber Merchant Shop in Hopeforest. or: Alternatively, you can purchase the logs from Gwen's Lumber (shop) before refining them via in the Carpenter's Workshop to make things a little cheaper. Bones will always need to be refined using the B.R.E.W.S. Vat whether they are purchased or not. Refined wood can be bought directly. * Bonus experience for first time crafts being added to the Album are included in calculations. {| class="wikitable" |+Total cost before selling crafted items 2460751 !Levels !Item Craft !Bones Needed !Wood Needed !Cost before sell |- |0-8 |Blowpipe (basic) x 16 |Crooked Goat Horn x 32 |Coarse Poplar Pole x 32 |43680 |- |8-16 |Javelins (basic) x 34 |Yellowing Rams Horn x 136 |Coarse Poplar Pole x 68 |146084 |- |16-24 |Quarterstaff (basic) x 151 |Streaky Bone Spike x 453 |Coarse Suave Pole x 151 |479627 |- |24-38 |Poleaxe (basic) x 364 |Cracked Femur Shard x 1456 |Coarse Yew Pole x 364 |1973480 |- |38-42 |Truncheon (moderate) x 102 |Gray Goat Horn x 408 |Rugged Oak Pole x 204 |792360 |} __FORCETOC__
