Bone Circlet is a piece of Armor for the Guardian faction, worn in the head slot. All enemies capable of dropping combat equipment have a chance to drop a Bone Circlet after the player has progressed through the main story to the point where they have chosen a Faction. Before this point, only non-faction equipment can be received.

Players who have chosen the Guardian faction can receive a Bone Circlet in Common, Uncommon, Rare, or Epic Rarity. Players who chose the Hammermage or Cryoknight factions will receive Bone Circlet much less frequently, and only in Rare rarity, as these items are intended for other factions to use with the Infusion system to make Epic rarity armor for their faction.

Bone Circlets can also be crafted by the Armorer profession, at an item level up to the Armorer level of the crafter.

Variants[edit | edit source]

The visual appearance of a Bone Circlet is dependent on its level. Bone Circlets crafted by the Armorer profession use different variants of the materials for each different visual appearance of the Bone Circlet.

Combat Stats[edit | edit source]

As a piece of Armor, Bone Circlets have resistance stats for all 6 damage types. The total resistance of a Bone Circlet obeys a rigid formula with no variation:

Strength=6×L+90×R+10

Where

  • L is the Item Level
  • R is the Rarity, expressed as a number of stars

This total resistance is divided up between the 6 damage types with some variation for each individual value. Since the armor is for the Guardian faction, the Cryonae resistance will be on average 20 points lower than the other damage types. See Armor for a more detailed explanation of how resistances are calculated.

From this formula, it can be seen that each increase in Rarity of a Bone Circlet is equivalent to 15 additional levels. Thus a Bone Circlet at level 0 Epic, at level 15 Rare, at level 30 Uncommon, or at level 45 Common will all have exactly the same total resistance of 370.

A list of all different level and rarity combinations of Bone Circlets, including their sell values, can be found here:
