Bistre Bone Spike is an item that is collected with the Gatherer profession from Bistre Bone Spike (skill node). It can also be purchased from Jangle's Bone Shop.

It is used as a material for the Bonewright profession, where it is processed using the B.R.E.W.S. Vat to create Bistre Bone Spike (Brewed), which is then further used to create weapons.
