Talk to Marcus Mint.
- Take the Crate of Merchandise next to him.
- Follow him to Town Square and talk to him.
- Put the Crate of Merchandise on the cart.
Head back to Stone Street and talk to Corporal Binns.

The main story continues in Heal Captain Degreene.
