A Quartermaster bank is a bank used to store weapons and armor. It can be found in the Quartermaster room, or accessed remotely using the Quartermaster spell.

The bank contains 16 slots for equipment from each faction, plus 16 slots for untuned gear. An additional 16 untuned slots can be unlocked by completing The Brannof Inheritance quest to receive the magical expansion orb.
