Ventures

Ventures are activities that, once started by the player, take many hours to complete, albeit without requiring any further player input, and are presently available for the Fisher, Miner, Detective, and Merchant professions.

Currently, ventures typically take 12 or 24 hours to complete. Players may undertake up to two ventures simultaneously, although it is likely that up to six will eventually be available.

Venture activities are indicated on their appropriate profession menu by an hourglass icon. Reaching the level required for the venture is sufficient to unlock it. However, the brimstone venture for Mining additionally requires completion of Mantuban's Legacy.

Players may claim or abandon a completed venture by going to the place where they began the venture at the appropriate time. Additionally, players may also abandon a venture, or view its location on the map, via the Ventures interface.
