Talking to Cyclops Guard

Only on the first time

• Player: Can I come past?
• Cyclops Guard: No. Beyond me is cyclops territory. No humans are allowed.
• Player: But it's urgent. I need to stop a monk of Lasharak who passed this way.
• Player: He will bring chaos to the world if I don't stop him.
• Cyclops Guard: That may be, but we can't be seen to be letting humans through just because you tell tales of impending doom.
• Cyclops Guard: Sooner or later you'll be coming with tales of apocalypse and using our land as your personal footpath. It'll spook the unicorns.
• Player: Unicorns? What unicorns?
• Cyclops Guard: Tell you what. If you can be seen to have done cyclopes a special favor we will let you by.
• Cyclops Guard: Our unicorn farm needs gnomic silver. Gnomic silver makes the best unicorn bridles you see.
• Player: Where can I find that?
• Cyclops Guard: I the mine of Mantuban. The gnomes guard it jealously though.
• Player: I'll get right on it.

Afterwards

• Player: Can I come past?
• Cyclops Guard: No. Beyond me is cyclops territory. No humans are allowed.
• Cyclops Guard: You'll need to bring some gnomic silver to get through.
• Player: I've not got any of that yet.

Getting gnomic silver

Talking to Gretel Torrelli

• Choose option

    • Player: I need some Gnomic Silver.
    • Gretel Torrelli: There is some beyond this door, but it is our private supply.
    • Player: It's really important. The fate of the world could rest upon it.
    • Gretel Torrelli: Wow that sounds dramatic.
    • Player: Plus I did get rid of the mutants for you.
    • Gretel Torrelli: You make a persuasive argument. You can go into the silver mine, but be aware the rocks will not give up their treasure so easily.
    • Gretel Torrelli: You will need to be attuned to the mine. You'll need a Miner profession level of 20, a Mine of Mantuban level of 65 and a total level of 252.
  • (Non-quest dialogue) Goodbye.

• You do not have enough attunement with the Mine of Mantuban to mine Gnomc Silver.
• You'll need a miner level of 20, a Mine of Mantuban level of 65 and a total level of 252.

After meeting requirements

• You mine some gnomic silver.

After mining

• You don't need any more gnomic silver.

Talking to Cyclops Guard

• Player: I have brought the gnomic silver you required.
• The player gives the Cyclops Guard the gnomic silver.
• Gretel Torrelli: Thank you friend of the cyclopes. You may pass.
