Talking to Ebsworth

  • Corporal Binns: Hey you! Player! Head to the beach and bring Ebsworth some brown kelp.
  • Ebsworth: You'll need to head south to the waterfront, then head west.

Getting brown kelp

Using brown kelp on Captain Degreene

  • Captain Jal Degreene: I'm not eating raw seaweed. I think Ebsworth had other plans for it.

Preparing the reagent or potion before getting permission from Ebsworth

  • Ebsworth's assistant: Hey, stay away from that equipment! You need permission from Ebsworth to use that.

Talking to Ebsworth

  • Ebsworth: Have you got that brown kelp yet?
  • Player: Yes. Here it is.
  • Ebsworth: Well done on finding it. Hmm, I need to keep an eye on the captain's wounds, but I also need to make that potion.
  • Player: Could I help at all?
  • Ebsworth: I suppose it wouldn't hurt for you to do the initial preparation. Take the brown kelp to the reagent preparation station in my shop.
  • Ebsworth: There's quite a lot of stations in the apothecary, but the reagent preparation station is the chopping board on my counter.
  • Ebsworth: Pop back to me with the preparation when you've finished making it.
