Cost/XP Values should take into account decimal values lower than a single copper. The reason for this is, over the course of hundreds of millions of experience, even seemingly irrelevant differences can stack up to very significant amounts of money.
Currently, rounding cost/xp to the nearest copper results in a lot of different training methods looking like they cost the same thing, due to rounding, which can pretty drastically misrepresent their actual costs long term.
