A Suave Tree is a type of Woodcutter Skill node located in Hopeforest. Harvesting a Suave Tree requires a Hand Saw and yields a Suave Log. The quality of the log depends on the player's Woodcutter level, starting with Coarse Suave Log at level 14. Suave Branches of various tiers can also be lopped using Tree Loppers, costing 10 knowledge points, beginning at level 61 woodcutter.

The most efficient place to fell Suave Trees is in the vicinity of the Wolves' Den, where there are 5 trees close to each other, and a storage rift a moderate distance away. Felling trees in the Crystal Clearing might appear to be better as it is closer to the storage rift, however the trees are far apart which considerably slows down felling.
The 5 trees shown in the picture are close enough together that all 5 may be chopped in sequence before they respawn. This path is marked in red, and a cycle takes takes 49 seconds, for 9.8 seconds per tree or 367 logs per hour. However after every 24 logs chopped the players inventory will be full, and the logs must dropped, sold, or banked.
Discarding the logs by dropping them on the floor is the fastest option, and can be done with practically no time loss. This maintains 367 logs per hour, at the cost of giving no items or coins.
Depositing the Suave logs in the Storage Rift nearby in the Overgrown Trail that is on the route is the second fastest option. The path travels past aggressive Shades so it is recommended to use Fear potions to avoid being interrupted by them, which reduced the number of available inventory slots from 24 to 23. On every 5th cycle when only 3 trees need to be chopped, the North and West trees in the Wolves' Den are skipped to instead travel to and use the storage rift. This 5th cycle tales 65 seconds but gives only 3 logs, resulting in a total value of 317 logs per hour. This provides logs into the Lumber Bank, the most convenient location to use them for training Carpentry, saving money from buying those logs in the future from Gwen.
Selling the Suave logs as you chop them is not recommended, as is is a considerable distance to the shop where they may be sold, however after banking it is possible to make trips between the lumber bank and the shop to sell the logs. Players without access to the Storage Rift may teleport to Hopeforest Central Portal Stone and run to either the the shop or the bank as they choose, however unlocking the rifts should be a priority for anyone intending to chop a considerable number of Suave Trees.
