Sewer Fiend is an aggressive variant monster found in Crenopolis. They are not immune to any damage type and are vulnerable to Cryonae damage.

Attacks

Sewer Fiends have two attacks, which they use depending on their distance to the player:

• A ranged mud pelt, dealing Impact damage.
• A melee arm swipe, dealing Impact damage.
