Rainbow Water is an item that is used to recolor equipment.

Rainbow Water is collected at the Pool of Rainbows with one or more buckets in the player's toolbelt.

It can be turned in to Iridiana at The Color Wheel in order to fill the dye buckets necessary to recolor equipment.
