It takes 30 seconds to brew the initial potion and 25 seconds for subsequent potions in a batch versus 7 seconds for a regular potion. If the player exits before 7 seconds the prepared materials will be returned. After 7 seconds if the player fails or exits they will lose the prepared materials and receive the highest level regular version potion.
