Polymeric Brimstone is an item acquired through mining Ventures at level 380. 12 are acquired after 12 hours have elapsed.

The Mantuban's Legacy quest is required the start the Venture.

Once Polymeric Brimstone has been obtained from the venture, it can be broguht one room west to Tommaso Torrelli who will turn it into Cataclysmic Explosives, which can be used to acquire Perfect Deathstone.
