Polymeric Brimstone is an item acquired through mining Ventures at level 380. 12 are acquired after 12 hours have elapsed.
Once you acquire Polymeric Brimstone from the venture, you can bring it one map west to Tommaso Torrelli who will turn it into Cataclysmic Explosives, which can be used to acquire Perfect Deathstone.
