Players who have chosen the Cryoknight faction are able to receive Plate LegssLegs in {{Common}}, {{Uncommon}}, {{Rare}}, or {{Epic}} [[Rarity]]. Players who chose the [[Hammermage]] or [[Guardian]] factions will receive Plate LegssLegs much less frequently, and only in {{Rare}} rarity, as these items are intended for other factions to use with the [[Infusion]] system to make {{Epic}} rarity armor for their own faction.
Plate LegssLegs are also able to be crafted by the [[Armorer]] profession, at an item level up to the Armorer level of the crafter.

The visual appearance of a Plate Legs is dependent only on its level. Plate LegssLegs crafted by the Armorer profession use different variants of the materials for each different visual appearance of the Plate Legs.

As a piece of Armor, Plate LegssLegs have resistance stats for all 6 damage types. The total resistance of a Plate Legs obeys a rigid formula with no variation:
