Nacreous Brimstone is an item acquired through mining Ventures at level 165. 12 are acquired after 12 hours have elapsed.
Once you acquire Nacreous Brimstone from the venture, you can bring it one map west to Tommaso Torrelli who will turn it into Dangerous Explosives, which can be used to acquire Fine Deathstone.
