Monoclinic Brimstone is an item acquired through mining Ventures at level 75. 12 are acquired after 12 hours have elapsed.
The Mantuban's Legacy quest is required the start the Venture.
Once you acquire Monoclinic Brimstone from the venture, you can bring it one map west to Tommaso Torrelli who will turn it into Unstable Explosives, which can be used to acquire Rugged Deathstone.
