Description						A manipulator of hair.

The Hairdresser is an NPC located at Hairdresser in Hopeport. The player character can get a haircut for 1  with the ability to change their hairstyle and hair color.

He can't cut the player's hair if they are wearing head armor. Once the player chooses option "Here you go. 1 silver.", the player will lose 1  even if they choose to cancel.
